Olympics Opening Ceremony Photos

Maria made history on Friday night at the Olympics as she became the first female to carry the flag for Russia in the opening ceremony.

During the Parade of Nations portion of the Olympics opening ceremony - athletes from each country participating in the Olympics walked in the Olympic Stadium, preceded by their flag. Russia was 153rd in the parade.
