 Just about 24 hours to go until the final and I can't wait. Win or lose, I'm very proud of Masha's performance this past month. Now if she could just stop with the DF's, she could be much more consistent in her whole game, but confidence is build up slowly over a span of time. Vika is playing very, very well right now and this should be one great battle!


 Come Masha you can do it girl!!!!

Masha is my #1!!

To be honest , this picture is my ' wallpaper ' at this moment !! Two years of emotions in one pic ! You may never know but Maria , if you read this,  promise us all,  we'll see a picture like this tomorrow afternoon again !!

more likely, i want to.(if it will be a 3rd setter game--to extend excitement) i hope for the same match they had last 2009 @ LA.. like what had happened with the Petko match, Maria bounced higher at the 2nd and 3rd set and leave the opponent for a point of 2 or 3.. hence i dont want to see it like the Beijing event..it will really put me into shock.

You know what's humerous.  All of you who wished Vera had made it to the Final.  Why?  Because you think...Hope.. Marsh could have beaten her easier than Vika.   It has nothing to do with hoping Vera would lift the trophy, ...simple hypocrisy.... Maria is great when she has easy victories.

will be watching an epic movie in Sucker Punch later... but i can't help but be anxious of Maria's match later... i don't know if you all read the Women's Final preview article of SEO website. at the last part it said that "Sharapova struts to victory in Saturday’s final." after reading, my anxiety level was through the roof!!! it was like the AO 2008 before Maria and Ana's final match. Praying for the a championship win in a premier event for Maria...  VAMOS!

At least a few of us wanted Vera in the final because she's presently the Top Russian. And because it might have boosted her rank another notch--or close to it. However. I good with this contest.


The "bad guys" at Miami are no happier with Russia-Belarus than with Russia-Russia. They'd planned on both these girls outta there a couple of rounds ago. lol


Any who get US commentary, just watch: They'll rag the entire match of the girls' noise (not quiet like the sisters... ) , but devote considerable chatter to their US residence. Now, check this out, 'cause I've seen it before:


Unless & until the match tilts decisively to Masha, the mouthpieces will remain totally vague on how long Vika has been here (four years) because if she wins, they want you to assume her US tenure equals Maria's. (If Vika flops, they'll remind you she's Lukashenko's girl.) Either way, they gotta sell it's all about US--most especially since NEITHER is who they wanted to end up lifting the trophy!
