Lost the doubles with Kuzi and now has to play another friend, lovely Kiri.

Wicky loves to hang out with the Russian girls and i still don't know why exactly:)

Maybe i should send her an e-mail or something but i admit it's fascinating and "not seen" for some Flemish voices:)

Wickmayer Survives Scare !!

Sixth seed Yanina Wickmayer was given a fright before she booked her place in the second round of the Monterrey Open!!

Wickmayer dropped the first set against Valeria Savinykh before regrouping and claiming a 4-6 6-1 6-4 victory.

Seventh-seeded Urszula Radwanska was also taken to three sets before she overcame American Maria Sanchez 6-2 2-6 6-2.

Galina Voskoboeva beat Eleni Daniilidou 6-3 3-6 6-3, while veteran Kimiko Date-Krumm retired injured at 6-2 2-1 behind against Monica Niculescu.

Timea Babos left the Mexican crowd disappointed by ousting home hope Ana Sofia Sanchez 6-3 6-3.
