Don't know,I'll have to read up on it's history - have a feeling it either used to be a country and isn't now or used to not be one and is now or something...

Heard of it. Studied Asian History when I was in Sophomore. Kinda hard but the good thing is, the teacher is very creative. [:)]

It was a country but now, Tibet is considered a part of China.

Yeah technically its part of China, they invaded and there was sort of a war and they won obviously cos Tibet is a little country and China had way more money and resources and so they took over Tibet.  And yeah the Dalai Lama is our leader. [:)]
