It would hardly be a bombshell or anything if she came back. When someone retires at 25,what else are they going to be doing when they could still be playing at the top level?

"business" indeed. That's maybe the most plausible reason for a return. She lost already an enormous amount of money with her divorce and even more with the financial crisis and some really bad investments. Monaco ain't cheap[H]

Bullsh!t. Divorce didn't ruin Justine. Monaco isn't cheaper than Geneva where almost top European tennis players take refuge for not paying too much taxes in their own countries. Henin probably needs more money to pay her new boyfriend. BTW does she have one? I don't read Belgian tabloids so can someone tell us plz!

There are two reasons for Justine to come back if this comeback isn't a hoax. First, she's getting bored and second she wanna piss off Kim Clijsters. [A]

Of course the divorce didn't ruin her, but she did lost a fortune on that stupid mother!! And once again with the crisis, she made some "wrong choises". You're right about the other two, she must be so bored and now KC is back. Still, it's all "if, maybe and gossip"...for now!!

HEY! Don't shoot the pianoplayer. Like all other Justinefans i was surprised when "the news" hit the media and "would" believe it wasn't just a rumor. True, my heart bumped against the wall and i couldn't wait sharing it with the forum. Sorry, héh, next time i'll shut up. Say no more....THE END.[H]

Dear Justine, don't come back. If she doesn't be like she used to then she's just gonna embarrass herself. She didn't win that many matches the time she retired so, why will she now? [:S]

Media are full today with Henin comeback news:

Pleaseeeeeeee, let Justine not comeback !! It will be more difficult for Maria to win tournaments. Out=out !!

I still belief Justine will stick to her decision not to play tennis anymore. If she changes her mind she is not to be believed anymore, a coward.

I'm really afraid it will happen and I'm not amused to hear it.

What can happen with  WTA tennis ???

They can let Henin and Clijsters play against each other

and that it was.

I cannot be against her comeback, I was not against the comeback of Kim

( they are free to come and go as they like )

but I suppose both of them will be the best on the WTA - tour and we

will see only them in the final rounds.

Maria ( and many others we like ) will have no chance to take chances.

OH no, they have the chances, they have only to be better ???

Yes, that's it, they have only to be better.

That is the only reason I have for not wanting Justine to return - the fact that it will make it harder for Maria, JJ and Kim to win slams and tournaments, but overall I think it's gonna be great for the WTA and I am kinda excited to see what happens with this rumour. [:)]

I understood little from what Justine had to say, but this is what I did understand(stupid French!Big Smile):

She is coming back to professional tennis in 2010, more precisely: the Australian Open.

Other details will follow later.

EDIT -- Justine is planning to go all the way to the 2012 Olympics.
