My point isnt about her different hairstyle , Steffile. Try to understand that its true that she has to practise more and more to become a better player, because like this, she is becoming a fashion freak and a loser.... And to that user who said that im angry in Maria, i guess i have a 1000% right to feel so... Ok, AO, she lost badly, but i forgot it, than RG, i got pissed of but i forgot it too. But then wimbeldon 4th round and USO, 3rd round??????? Do i have to be happy about that ?? !

Maria's fashion is becoming a big problem to her game, may be but I'm not sure, I think the problem was her shulder, Masha has comitted a lot of mistakes specialy on serve but I continue to be optimist for her It's just a difficult period of the season.

Maria is doing her best in the tournaments, as far as the fashion, it doesn't matter what she wears, people are going to talk about what she has on, because she's a beautiful woman and that's what people do..she's just trying to please her fans along with winning the tournament...Personally I love to see what she is going to be wearing next...

i disagree. i dont think her fashion has anything to do with her game. i just watched the video of when she won wimbledon and the usopen last year and her serve looks completely different this year. i do think it all had to do with the shoulder. dont hate on her for wanting to look good.

The real "fashion"-problem isn't the way she's dressed but how it's becoming an obsession like a lot other stuff.  While Henin lives as a Spartan and hardly leaves her hotel, Masha looses energy-sleep-training by all that party-fashion-fotocallstuff. AND SHE LIKES IT...that's the real "fashion"-problem. Do i hear "kourni" or is it just my imagination???

That's not what i meant!!! She can go shopping and do fashionstuff as much as she likes it, no problem. But during a slam she should be focused on tennis and tennis alone, like Henin. Okidoki?[8-)]

agreed...maria is getting more and more into fashion,but still declines to accept that her fashion avtivities are losing maybe her passion for tennis! that's probably obvious that fashion is replacing tennis in her life... though continuing this way would make her annaK X2!!??

My goodness, a thread full of negative waves. Being dressed in a specially created dress like those at the US Open doesn't make a person play better....she proved that. 


Maybe its good for her 'image' but it certainly isn't helping her game.. Personaaly I'd like to see her in something that looks more like a tennis outfit than an evening dress or a nightie. Chakie looked great in her body fitting outfit...as did most of the other players.


Maria seems to wear clothes had deliberately hide her 'lines' and the fact that she is a woman.

masha must avoid of becoming a fashion victim ASAP IMO! she can dress up in whatever clothes she wants to design,she can do many kinds of hairstyles,she can go party and all...but she shouldn't dedicate her life to fashion and just stick to it!

she needs a serious re-view about her life and she must change her attitude towards tennis and fashion...that's all!
