Hi Maria,
I think chemistry integrates really well into anatomy and physiology.
For energetics and muscle contraction at peak levels to prevent muscle fatigue I like to include ATP(Adenosine triphosphate) with my hydration. I always keep an extra container of Creatine Phosphate(ATP) around to add to my hydration fluid. I don't know if you've ever tried it in extreme temperatures (e.g. heatwave) that can also cause inflamation of muscle tissues.
The first two phases of tissue injury and restoration is inflammation and regeneration and I think your pretty much through the inflammation phase.
Bursitis or inflammation of the bursa is what causes pain by the friction of the repetitive motion of the muscles and tendons in the shoulder on the bursa.
The regeneration phase takes care of itself and has a timetable of its own and I hope you have enough time off to complete this process and eventually be able to do the things you want to do.
Happy Easter!
Love,
Rex
