Er, no, unfortunately Parasite already served her 23 days NOT a week. The \"five\" days (3 full ones and then she gets two extra tacked on because she went in before midnight the first time and was released at 2am, so technically they count those as served days even though she was in for 2 hours give or take both those days) she spent before our CA justice system had to go make a mockery of itself count in the total 23 days, so this time around she only had to be in for 2 and a half weeks. Ugh....
