Russia’s Anastasiya Pavlyuchenkova has made it to the final of the Brisbane tennis tournament by defeating Ukraine’s Lesia Tsurenko 4-6, 6-1, 6-2.




Her final opponent will be Serena Williams, who reached the final automatically after Belarus’s Viktoria Azarenka withdrew from the contest.


The prize fund in Brisbane is $430,000.

Your earlier post where you asked "Is Jesus Christ and HaShomer 2 the same person" was so incredibly FUNNY.  I loved it alot. Although the "Jesus" of this forum and I are not the same, you are right in saying that we both LOVE JESUS CHRIST, the only begotten Son of God and Maria, but I think for different reasons.  However, if I had to say who loved Maria more, it would be you my friend.  Thanks for a great reply!

Well, I'm not holding my breath for Nastia to beat Serena there, but I do think she can compete, wheras last year she couldn't. She's playing fine, and there has gotta be a trainer's work involved--Pavly is visibly more toned up than I've seen her in years.
