Judging from the comments sections on her page, in general, I think 7 million of those fans are Middle Eastern muslims.

Just an observation. I have no problem with it. I enjoy seeing all of the different countries, cultures, and religions Maria fandom brings together. It's a pattern I'm not the only one who's noticed though. I've read posts about it on other boards.

Ofcourse I have freedom! And I'm not the only Iranian member here, frida is an other advanced member here and there are many other users who are member here but not advanced member!


Iran govrements block facebook and youtube and some other sites but Iranian people have some browsers that they can use these sites! If you go to the facebook and search Iranian names you can see there are many Iranian users!


Iranian people are very nice and very hospitable and our culture is very rich, Do you know The Great Cyrus? My profile picture is his symbol but Iranian people were crushed under the dust of politics, as Farhad Asghari said- Iranian director who won The Oscar Prize for "A Seperation" movie!

With the Sugarpova success the numbers are growing faster in Facebook. In one week the sales of Sugarpove surpassed all expectations.


3 of the original 12 flavors are sold out. For Maria to sell the candy to the international market next year she will have to build or buy a new factory.

About 40% of Maria's fan's in facebook are Spanish and Portugese. This means all the countries south of the border plus Spain and Portugal. The moslems live mostly in Europe,the Russians fans are growing since Maria is advertizing Samsung speaking in Russian. Maria is the most famous, admired and best paid female atlete in the world.


Now Sugarpova is sold only in the USA and the factory in Murcia, Spain can not produce the demand.Next year when Sugarpova goes intenational all the millions of fans will be buying Sugarpova.
