So here we are about 20 days before the start of the Olympic Games in London. THE tournament Maria is really looking forward to. I have a couple of questions maybe one of you can help out;

1. Will Maria stay at the Olympic village or will she rent a house again in Wimbledon.

2. How many rounds will this event have

3. Will Maria play in a self made outfit or will she wear an official Russian Olympic dress.

4. Where is Maria training right now and will it be on grass or hard court

5. Does anyone knows which date she will be back in England

6. Who of the top players is not selected or attending the tournament

Waiting to hear from you !!

Think I can answer a few of them.

It has already been stated somewhere that, of course, she will not be staying in the Olympic Village. She has a rented house with a private tennis court...the one she is staying in now.

The Olympic Tennis is similar to the Year End Champs, with a Round Robin system. The Groups will be decided when the number of teams are known.

I've no doubt she will have a different outfit to the others.. After all, when has she ever been a team player?

The only Top player that I know wont be playing is Bartoli because she never played any Fed Cup events.. Like Yuri, a few years ago, her Father refused to let the Team Coach do the training for the Fed Cup Events and so she has been Barred.

The Olympic village is very far from Wimbledon, she has rented a house near Wimbledon.

In the FED Cups that Maria has played she wore the team uniform. I assume the same will be at the Olympics.

Maria will be in California because she said she is home sick. Sasha is in California now but they may not see each other because they are having problems, the wedding has been posponed until Maria retires from tennis.

A little something that may be of interest to some:

Olympic gold means more to Graf than Grand Slam wins

Photo: Tommy HindleySeoul 1988 - Steffi Graf (GER)

Steffi Graf may have stayed in the Athletes Village when she played at the Olympics, but she left as soon as "the partying started".

"When it got too loud, with people partying after they had finished competing, that's when I went to a hotel," Graf said of her experiences at the 1988 Games in Seoul.

Graf was there to win, and that she did, with her gold medal sealing a defining moment in her career by completing the Golden Slam - all four majors and the Olympic title in the same year.

Graf plainly delighted in the experience of being an Olympian, but it was still surprising to hear the German saying that she valued her Olympic gold above any of the Grand Slam titles - 22 in all - that she won over the course of her extraordinary career.

"Winning the Olympic gold medal is a different experience to winning a Grand Slam, and I have to say that I rate it higher, I really do," Graf said in an interview. "The feeling of playing for your country, the camaraderie, all the different sports - it just feels more special.

"I have so many different memories from 1988 and could go through all the matches at the Grand Slams, but arriving in Seoul, and being part of that Olympic feeling, and being in the Village, and being with the other athletes, that was very special. Those are probably my strongest memories."

Graf was often her worst critic; and the Golden Slam didn't stop her from putting more pressure on herself.

"At the time, I wasn't so aware of what was happening. I played so well, but I have to say that when I got to the Olympics I was emotionally a little tired as maybe there was some pressure at the time.

"It definitely didn't relieve any, because I'm my worst critic, in a way. When I did well, I always wanted to push myself to do better, and that didn't change after that," said Graf, an ambassador for Longines.

This summer, Graf will doubtless be watching with interest when the Olympic Tennis Event is played at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

"I would have loved that opportunity to play in the Olympics at Wimbledon. But I'm not complaining. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I wouldn't change a thing. But what a great facility to be playing at in the Olympics. It doesn't get much better than that."

Perhaps you have every considered about adding a small bit more than simply your thinking? I mean, everything you say ergo baby organic is important and everything. However it is acquired no punch, no pop! Possibly in case you added a pic or two, a video? Maybe you have this type of extra powerful blog when you let individuals SEE what youre talking about rather than reading it. Anyway, in my language, you will discover not often a lot good source such as this.
