Maria Sharapova is an excellent tennis player. She was only 17 years old when she won the Wimbledon 2004. She defeated one of the best USA tennis player at an age when tennis players are still juniors. 


Wimbledon is the most famous tournament in the world.

Maria Sharapova is still the favorite at Wimbledon 2012. 


The last year Maria reached the Wimbledon final 2011 by defeating Sabine Lisicki. It was also a performance for Maria after her shoulder injury.

It is important to reach the top level in tennis but it is more important to keep the top level in tennis.

Sharapova and Djokovic have made it to Wimbledon Championship 2012



A Russian tennis player, Maria Sharapova and Serb Novak Djokovic will be sown under No.1 at the Wimbledon Championship, the official website of the Grand Slam Tennis Tournament says.




At the moment Sharapova and Djokovic are topping the ratings of the male and female tennis associations.


Sharapova was the Wimbledon champion in 2004, and Djokovic was the champion last year.


Britain’s Grand Slam Tennis Tournament will be held from June 25th to July, 8.

Dartagnan's conclusion: 


I can't say that was the easiest match of Sharapova because Masha spent at least two hours to win it.


At Wimbledon each opponent is dangerous because it is an important tournament, players receive a good training&they are more concentrated on their tennis.


Maria should be carefull in next matches, she is the one to be beaten by all.


Anyway we have to congratulate Masha for today Victory.
