NOVAK DJOKOVIC CAN HELP MARIA SHARAPOVA TO FIND A NEW COACH

Hello! Dartagnan;

I don't think that Masha is in need to do call at the service of Novak for changing her Coach and I don't believe too that Masha is in need to change her Coach; that is not a question at this time.

Also, I think that Masha is a big international Star in Tennis and in Fashion and she don't need any one to find Coach for him since she can do it himself if she like that.

But, I think that Novac cans help Masha in her specific preparation, since she cans play against him some friendly Matchs before the Roland Garros GS and Olympic Games; that is what Masha needs really for recover all her natural reflexs. Finally, I hope that Masha will reach all her goals and have a Great Tournament and Big Success in Miami. Sincerely!

I mean if you want to play an excellent tennis you have to work with clever coaches or persons.

Someone has to check your errors and help you to correct them that is why we need a good coach. The faster you correct your errors, the faster you play an better tennis.

Hello! Dartagnan;

I am not against the fact that Masha changes Coach, since as big Champione who aspires to play major roles in tennis she needs to have in his team one of the great coach that exist in the world.

But, in this situation I'm afraid it will disrupt his preparation program for major competitions of the GS and the Olympics.

Anyway, Masha is a great tennis Champione that has overcome all obstacles and difficult times in his career, and now he is left with the last touch to achieve its major objective.

And in this light, his Dad is a great specialist in tennis and can helps him to put the finishing touches, and I think the advices of a specialist tennis are always welcome to Masha, only he is not specially the technical advices, as there are many other factors that come into play (physical recovery, overload its program, psychological concentration, etc. ..).

I have a big confidence in Masha and I hope that the strategie and the way who Masha have chooses will be productives. Good Chance to Masha! Sincerely

I believe that in all sport disciplines it is not recommended to change coach each time where there is a lack of performance, especially when the sportsman is in full important competition.

But, I don't opinion about this question since I don't have all the elements of analysis for to have one opinion about that. I think that Masha is very well situated to know if she needs do this change or not.

Off course, all that I wish from all my heart is to see Masha reach all her goals and our wishes who are:

1) Reach her true place of Number One in the World. 2) Win again so much trophies and GS. I wish Good Chance for Masha in this sport saison 2012. Sincerely!

MASHA HAD A GOOD TENNIS PREPARATION WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG.

Dartagnan;314066 wrote:

Maria Grateful For Tough Love From Early Coaches

Each and every morning Nick Bollettieri is up at dawn to hit the courts at his legendary tennis academy in Bradenton, Florida. He has been doing this routine for over 30 years, and despite entering his eighth decade last year his passion for the game shows no sign of fading.

And why would it? To date, Bollettieri has played a role in the tennis education of eight Grand Slam champions and six players to have held the WTA's No.1 ranking, including Serena and Venus WilliamsMartina HingisMonica Seles and Maria Sharapova.

In fact, such is his success rate, that even after graduating tennis' equivalent to finishing school, some former students come back for more. Like Sharapova, who returned to her alma mater to add the final touches to preparation for the 2012 season.

Sharapova, whose professional relationship with Bollettieri goes back 15 years, believes her time under his tutelage laid crucial foundations for her career.

"The greatest thing I personally got out of the academy was the fact that there were so many kids and every single afternoon I knew I had a match to play," Sharapova said. "And no matter if they beat me easy or I beat them or they were older or younger, it was the greatest asset I could have.

"Because if you look at other academies, they're pretty small and more individual, but at the age of when I went there, that was the most critical thing for me. That's when I developed my skills of how to play a match and how to set up points and set up certain situations in a match."

However, Sharapova admits that while the academy may have provided her with many of the skills and experiences that have helped her win three majors and millions of dollars in prize money, it wasn't always easy, particularly under one of her earliest coaches, Robert Lansdorp.

"I just remember our first conversation," Sharapova said of her frosty first meeting with Lansdorp. "When I came on the court, he looked dead. He was motionless out there.

"I stepped on the service line to hit the first ball and he looked at me shaking his head and he's like, 'Oh, don't tell me you're one of those that warms up from the service line. Don't ever do that again on my court.'"

Yet Sharapova believes Lansdorp's tough love taught her valuable lessons on and off court, as well as toughening her up for life on tour.

"Besides all those [negative] things, I believed that he could help me, so I don't regret a minute of it. As tough as it was and as brutal as sometimes he was, he was probably the most honest guy in terms of just reality and being realistic about tennis and life. Maybe over the top, but that's where I hit just thousands of balls and that's where I learned how to hit my strokes."

I don't agree with any of your Negative opinions !
Tennis is a battle from the first serve to the last.
A loss doesn't mean your not good enough to beat your opponent. Just on that day you lost .

Maria's game is awesome , she's won her way back to the finals with a shoulder injury and is doing amazing for that,
It;s like trying to tell a musician to change guitars, it's not going to happen. Maria is determined to play " her way " and respect her for that.
You don't need a medal or trophy to have honor and Maria has Honor.
When her dad was her coach he knew how to get her mad / motivated at times and she would take it out on her opponent. Now she wants to do it on her own.
Maria is my champ win lose or draw, she has nothing to prove anymore, if she wins another major especially the french so she has one of each that would be fantastic, if not I still respect her and love her tennis...

Cheers

I disagree with you because the way you think means that Masha Sharapova's career is over. She has already done her best and now if she wins or not, it is okay. She can sleep on her blanket.

Life is a battle, you have to fight every day even if you are rich&famous, that is why we have seen wonderfull persons such as Steffi Graff....

When you stop fighting in life, your money vanishes into the air so quickly because life is very expensive.

Masha Sharapova is still young and she has a big chance to win plenty of tournaments. Her career is not over as people think about it. She should work with the best persons to increase her level. And if she thinks that her preparation is not good enough, she has a chance to find a new team.

About her Dad I think Yuri is the one who had the motivation&the courage to send Masha to the usa, Yuri is a man of life experience, and I don't think that Masha Sharapova should forget him&his advice. She won all her trophies in front of Yuri and not another person. Masha is only 24 years old. Yuri Sharapov is twice older than her. Only Yuri Sharapov can give her the best advice for her life&career because he is her Dad and he won't betray her.

Money& life experience are two different things. It is better to have also a life experience  because you will avoid plenty of mistakes in your life which avoids you to ruin your life.

About the guitar, I can tell you that Masha has changed her tennis rackey plenty of time during her life.

YURI SHARAPOV IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT TENNIS COACH FOR MARIA SHARAPOVA !!!!

Cheers.

I never said Maria's career was over !
again disagree with you 100 %
Maria works hard at tennis and at business and at life.
She is the highest paid female athlete,
has business with NIKE and other companies and will do just fine
She helps with her foundation and is a big part of the WTA.
A role model and successful designer , ect ect
She trains hard is focused and plays her BEST every match..
Stop arguing with me and enjoy Maria's tennis and let her enjoy her life and live it the way she wants to !
She is living the way she wants and no matter what anyone says and like Frankie says ( Sinatra ) will do it HER WAY !
the guitar was meant as the way I perform, I don't change my approach, not as my guitar as a racquet :)

is this Euri ?? LoL

LoL

Cheers

I disagree with you. you wrote: "she has nothing to prove anymore" so I conclude her career is over, she can retire.

Yes you say, she is living her way but you also gave your opinion about her.

So I gave mine.

Without tennis&sucesses all these activities you mentioned would have been nothing.

Yuri&Tennis created Masha.

Yes a racquet is not a guitar, but Masha used to change her racquets very often even if you don't change your guitar.

Davai Masha!!!

YURI SHARAPOV IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT TENNIS COACH FOR MARIA SHARAPOVA !!!!

Cheers.

masha

No, Maria has nothing to proove to anyone !  She will not retire because she still loves playing tennis,  But if she wanted to retire from tennis she could and be happy ect....   or if she gets married to her fiance she will have 3 incomes and live a happy life....

But , I enjoy her tennis and want to enjoy her tennis and this forumm and have fun....

so lets end this   conflict.      and enjo her TENNIS

It is not a conflit, about the fact that Masha loves playing tennis, I agree with you. An the fact that tennis gives her a lot of success in life&ads, it is exact.

But About all other persons and things, I am not sure about it.

The problem of Masha is not about incomes but about the right moments to take the right decisions to avoid an error.

So Masha should continue to play a good tennis as we enjoy it.

Only her success will give her a chance for a better life. The conflit is end.

GOD BLESS MASHA.

I would like to say that Miami tournament for Masha was not totally bad, she defeated many strong tennis players who had strong coaches But I think that Masha has not enough endurance to win a final. When you have not enough endurance, you becomes nervous easily and you make plenty of mistakes or you can't control yourself because you want the match to end quickly.

Everybody has noticed that Masha made plenty of unforced errors at the last final. Many fans told me that it seemed that Masha was not playing against an opponent but she was playing against herself, because only her errors caused her defeat.

( not only to big ones ).

okay we love Masha. but we talk about her game.

For example at the last final:

Masha’s frustration started to show—a sharp bang of the court with her racket as she fired one more in a growing tally of errors—but her solution was to hit the ball even harder. Sometimes it worked, but often it did not.

Yes we believe in Masha.  I said it before. Masha has other oportunities this year to win a final even more important than this last one.

I often compare a tennis game to a chess game because when you play a tennis match, you have also to use your brain and not only your physical fitness. That is why Maria Sharapova defeated Serena Williams when she was only 17 years old at Wimbledon. Serena had a better physical fitness&she was older but she lost the final of Wimbledon against Sharapova.

If you want to win a tennis game, you have to study your opponent first and then adopt a strategy which makes her weak when she plays against you.

Of course the physical fitness is very important because tennis is a sport but you have also to find the right strategy to defeat your opponent sometimes with the help of your team, sometimes alone on the court. The tennis players who used the right strategy against their opponents always win easily.

When you find the right strategy against your opponent, you avoid to waste a lot of energy.

I think it is also the job of Masha's new team to help her to find the right strategy against Masha's opponents.

Masha has also a great tennis experience as she started playing tennis very early.

Move the right pawns and you will win any tennis final....

I mean tennis Champions never win a match by chance, they use the right strategy against their opponents. They use their brains more than others that is why they have more success.

But Tennis players should also have good qualities, such as patience, fighting for each balls...

CONGRATULATION MASHA WITH YOUR NEW SUCCESSFULL TEAM !!!!
