well that's a better movie, most she is watching are woman / romance movies I think...

you think she'll ever watch a movie like ''300'' or ''Hostel'' ??
I think that, because Maria hasn't grown up like a normal teenager would, she isn't into dark, scary, depressive, etc. stuff, because her life has been mostly positive.  So I think that she believes in the 'good' side of life, thus watching these chick/romantic/light movies.

What do you think?  Or maybe she 'says' she watches these harmless movies to set a good example to kids younger her age?

well, don't forget her youth... it was kinda hard some times I think, but maybe Maria is a kinda girl that gets scared in the dark if she saw a dark movie[:p] if you know what I mean lol.

I just think she only likes to watch movies with a good story, that's funny or really nice and not something you get a power kick from with action because it's a hard movie.

Yeah the problem is the light, positive stuff is rubbish - and the dark, depressive stuff is much, much better - not only in movies, but in music as well - she seems to be a 'hype' follower,or bandwagon hopper...

The "Hostel"-movies are good very dark comedies, certainly not the horror publicity wan't u 2 believe. Roth shows how rotten deep capitalistic bastards AND USA can go. If u have seen that u understood the director perfectly.
why, is it a crazy movie??[:p] can you tell some about it?
It's a Terry Gilliammovie (ex-Monty Python) known for his surrealistic, dreamscapemovies. This one hits the sealing...and yes, u could have a place in it. Check it out, babe, and fill up that hole in your culture. Lots of high-in-the-sky drugs, sex and rock 'n roll. See it, you'll adore it. No shi.t. You're brain will never be the same:))))))
