As they say "the camera loves" Masha. You'd have to work to get a bad shot of her. But I'd also offer the name of Elena Dementieva. You might not notice because she's got a "game face" that could turn an opponent to stone and the paparazzi seek those shots, but check out:

Ivanovic is also a pretty girl but I don;t have any feelings like wow when I look at her, I mean I can look for hours and hours and days at Maria and still be shocked about her beauty

well, being beautiful is only base on physical attributes, its should be both inner character and physical prowess. so for me, Maria Sharapova, Jelena Jankovic, and Anna Ivanovic are the most beautiful tennis player i know.

Talking about the body : Well, ivanovic really has no chances... maria's body is better than ivanovic's 

Talking about the face: They are both beautiful... i would put them two in 1st ... but maria is blonde [:D]

Maria is honestly more beautiful than her...

I'm gonna say it again just because I like saying it and, hell, today is her day and she deserves something nice: Your Kremlin cup champion, Elena Vyacheslavovna Dementieva. [:)] I said on the Moscow thread that Elena is one of the most courageous, upright and principled players on the tour. Her beauty goes all the way to the bone.


Watching Elena play Masha is one of the best sights in tennis. How do I choose between them? Masha is the paparazzi bait, Elena the homebody. The glamorous and the classy understatement The summer beauty and the winter girl. Yang and yin--two sides of a whole. I loved 'em both.
